At Rose Design we want you to absolutely love every signature piece you shop with us. We also want your purchase to be just right. This is why we offer an unparalleled customer service with a 30 day return policy on our pieces.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase contact a member of our design team at which point a refund will be processed minus the delivery charges, and our standard 35% restocking fee. We’d like to put your mind at ease with all your purchases with us, and we’re confident that you’ll love the products you order at Rose Design. 



Best in class 7 Day Return Policy. To start your return process, get in touch with a member of our awesome design team. They will set up everything you need for the return. The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement. Of course in the rare chance that you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with pictures, and we will repair or replace it for you for free.



Returns are no fun and can be costly for everyone involved... except the shipping companies of course! Rest assured, we'll do everything in our power to make sure that you are treated with fairness in the unlikely event that what you order isn't exactly what you had in mind. If you would like to return or exchange all or part of your order, please contact our support team at for authorization and instructions.
